Happy Birthday!


Its my blog Birthday today!
Or should that be blog-iversary?


This brings me to an important admission point ... I am somewhat hopeless and totally tardy at sending out creative give away's. I am in Creative 'blog give away' debt to 4 girls three through a PIF from more years ago than I care to admit, one of those three again with some fabric she sent me 18 months ago and I'm pretty sure it was a year ago on my blog birthday that Kate won something I have also not yet created!

 So for my birthday this year I have something already in existence to give away, I pleased to say I am most notably better at passing these items to their new owners in a ( slightly ) more timely fashion. ;) I do wish to let   Deb, Sally, Roz and Kate that I will still get something to them.

In light of my admission of disorganisation and mental clutter this present for one reader is most appropriate.
I have a copy of Simple Mom, Tsh Oxenreider's book, Organised Simplicity to give away. I have this book, it is lovely, I am slowly making my way through reading it. It breaks things down by room in the second part and is a really detailed systematic approach to de cluttering your house, also a lovely read in its earlier chapters with a few points that really resonated within me.

    This book is so great. I checked it out from the library and read the first half, and I plan on buying (or winning!) it so I can work through the second half and keep it around for reference.
