Yesterday Morning due to a bit of pantry /shopping list disorganisation and an oven that wont heat correctly
( can you believe I have another broken oven!! )
I was making Early pikelets for the kids to take to School for Morning Tea.
My secret to not burning them is to use the electric fry pan.
