This is a Friday photo feature that anyone with a blog can join. It opens the door to us sharing our lives through these photos and gives us all a new way to discover each other, and maybe form new friendships. Your photo should show something at home that you're thinking about TODAY. If you're in another country you should join in when you read this, even if it's still Thursday.
To take part, all you have to do is post a photo, write a short caption explaining it, and link it back to Rhonda's Blog. Please write a new post, don't link to an older one. When your photo is published, come back and add a comment below, with a link to your blog photo. Please visit all the blogs that appeal to you and leave a comment. If you are wondering why no one has commented on your On my mind post, maybe it's because you haven't commented on anyone else's. Slow down, take the time to cruise around and enjoy your cyber visits.
On my mind a lot lately is the garden, the changing scenery and promise of Autumn I see all around me here. You will see more pics of this little guy ( Willie wagtail ) having a bath on my garden blog in a few days. They really are delightful to watch.
I love your photo. So cute!
ReplyDeleteIt looks very much like our Mocking Birds here in South Carolina -USA. Perhaps I will catch a photo of the ones that hang around our yard. One likes to come up within about 3 feet of me when I am weeding or digging in the garden and waits for me to throw grubs to it.
ReplyDeleteI think it was the garden that convinced you on the purchase. :) I understand that.
ReplyDeleteThat is an awsome photo Tammy : o )
ReplyDelete'tis a lovely photo. Autumn is coming here too ... but the hibiscus tree outside my window is smothered in flowers and the birds come visiting all afternoon - such a contrast to the oaks and elms whose leaves are turning and beginning to fall.
ReplyDeleteHi TammyJ! I have been meaning to say, I just adore your garden and surrounds. You are living my dream. (Although I don't imagine it being in the ACT.) We've thought twice about making a tree change, even going as far as putting the house on the market once. Always need to consider work for my husband. In the meantime, we'll enjoy our suburban block. We live within a koala habitat and they're on the move so I'll keep my camera handy to see if I can catch one on the loose! Have a great weekend! xx
ReplyDeletegorgeous!
ReplyDeleteCute photo! I so enjoy the birds that visit my backyard!
