So I thought to myself what will I post for my creative space this week. My mind jumping back to Tuesday when our neighbour visited and my kids telling him several times 'NO! thats mummy's', or 'thats mummy's special thing don't touch it' ... etc. My creative pursuits are spread all around or living/dining area right now ...
My current sewing project and associated fabric etc ...
Location : - On top of Toy box in lounge/dining room.

ReplyDeleteIt can be tricky to find room when you have a head full of ideas and a house full of people! Better a house lived in than a tidy house I say!
ReplyDeleteHehe, what's a home unless it's got creativeness everywhere ;)
ReplyDeleteI've heard of someone transforing an old caravan into their creative spot! It's something i'm going to invest in if i can find a small enough one -x-
Great post Tammy and I completely identify with it. My favourite is the project started straight out of the bag and then popped back in for later. Love it.
ReplyDeleteI like your way of being creative-all-over the-place!!hehe- I've become such a neat-freak, I think I miss the joy of this!Have a lovely day-
ReplyDeleteBy the way, did you discover what 'meme' means- I would love to find out as well!
Annamaria xx
ha ha! The kids are funny!
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, your space does look a lot like mine - busy busy busy!!
My things seem to have the spreading habit too! My ironing board features in my creative space this week too although yours is much neater than mine! x
ReplyDeleteironing boards are the perfect height for all projects I reckon and mine is always covered in everything but ironing.
ReplyDeleteGlad you're not the only one to 'decorate' the house with craft supplies and WIPs!!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you can pick up inspiration where ever you are in the house! I like the way your craft is part of everyday life, as it should be. And your children will grow up knowing that it's important too! xo
ReplyDeleteI love having my projects spread around the place, so you get little reminders of what's on the go as you wander about doing other tasks. Very charming!
ReplyDeletewhat are you going to make with all that lovely Aussie cotton? I added to my stash too a few weeks ago when it was on sale!
ReplyDeletemy home is the same at the moment
ReplyDeleteLove that little toy box. Looks like you're multi-tasking like me! xo m.
ReplyDeleteYes...it grows on us....good to see you are normal darling...xx
ReplyDeleteooh i love the bendy cotton - i just finished making a little cardi out of it and it knit up beautifully!
ReplyDeleteLooke like my house, have a project of some typpe in nearly every room...I need to collect them up from all over and place in 2-3 ok...4-5 places! It would be nice to have a seperate room as there is no way I'm willing to weed out the stash!
ReplyDeleteLove the look of your things sitting around waiting for that extra bit of crafty time...Nothing wrong with having it handy wherever you are in the house when the moment presents itself :)
ReplyDeleteFunny how hard it is to contain crafts. Love the look of that cotton
ReplyDeleteOur lives get full of lots of stuff. And, my sewing and crafting stuff is my favorite. I finally have gotten all my crafting stuff in one area and my sewing stuff in another. But, it has taking a while to do that!
ReplyDeleteHave a fun day!
Bits of craft everywhere...it's perfect. Love the kiddie comments-so true!
ReplyDeleteIt's so fun to find like-minded people on the internet!!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you always have a project on hand, the best therapy in the world!
LOL - yes, it looks familiar. I have similar house decorations here :)
