I have a real love hate relationship with Menu planning. I love it when its done and in operation ... but I hate doing it and procrastinate.
I'll elaborate further at another point in time, I'm feeling fairly flat and drained right now. Flu go away!!
I totally know what you mean, Tammy! I'm right there with you, although my little menu plan is always waving at me from the fridge door!!! With JC I do a weekly plan for me and one for Al & the kids, sometimes I stick to theirs, sometimes not, but I am sort of in the habit of it now. Give it time, and it will become easier!! PS Nice meal there :) Was that your dinner tonight???
