From my nieces card was made into these two.
I really have settled into 6 x 4 and like that I can get 3 cards from one piece of CS and vary them all. This was some bazzill smooth I bought not realising that it had no texture ( Doh! ) Though the stamped images come out really nicely on it, I still prefer texture.
Thank you all for the well wishes sent to my little niece shes only around 2 YO and is out of hospital now but it was an emotional time of tests for my niece, her heavily pregnant mum ( My sister )and her dad.
They are all more comfortable at home and RESTING I hope! ( If you are reading this Amy )

Love the cute bear card for your neice, I hope she is feeling alot better now, sounds like worrying times for everyone!!
